Where are we located?

- Bailey, Colorado.

Do we offer local pickup?

- Yes, we currently do. Local Pickup is in Bailey Colorado at the Library.

Current TAT Time?

- 8 days for RTS Items.

- 12+ days on Made to Order items.

Shipping?

- All items are shipped through USPS. Once we send you the tracking number, it is out of our hands. Please contact your local USPS.

RETURNS or REFUNDS?

- WE DONT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY OF OUR ITEMS UNLESS THE ISSUE WAS OUR FAULT OR DEFECTIVE!! PLEASE BE SURE TO CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE ORDERING THE RIGHT COLOR, SIZE, AND THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. ANY DISCREPANCY SHOULD BE REPORTED IN 48HRS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEMS.
